Marvel Comics & Hellions #9 Spoilers & Review: How Seriously Does This X-Men Team Take The Kidnapping Of Their “Ally” Mister Sinister?!

Spoilers

Marvel Comics and Hellions #9 Spoilers and Review follows.

How Seriously Does This X-Men Team Take…

…The Kidnapping Of Their “Ally” Mister Sinister?!

Looks like Mastermind has poisoned Mister Sinister’s tea; I knew being a coffee drinker was safer!

The Orphan gets a nice body after resurrection protocols were invoked, but…

…Nanny is standoffish and won’t get him bigger armor despite it being more snug now.

Elsewhere, the Hellions laugh when they find out Mister Sinister was kidnapped; he hasn’t engendered trust after all.

They attempt to track him down and are greeted by…

…Mastermind who immediately…

…plays with their minds…

…including a traumatic fall that…

…may not have been that steep in real life, but knocks the team out nonetheless as…

…Arcade looms…

…an ending spoiled for months with the cover to the March 3, 2021 dropping Hellions #10.

The Pulse:

An ok issue with ok action and ok art. Minister Sinister continues to be a quirky highlight and I am intrigued by Arcade’s return. 5.5 out of 10.
