We open with a dramatis personae and a creators credits page then…
…then we get into the action where a mutant-hating wealthy class – the Verendi – in Madripoor has initiated a culling of people- mutants and non-mutants – in Lowtown.
Mutants can’t get involved in this country’s “internal matter” as it may risk their posturing to have a seat at the United Nations.
So, Shadowcat infiltrates the compound to enable another group to save the innocents from the Reavers.
That group are the Morlocks that…
…Callisto recruits against the Reavers.
Shadowcat’s actions at the compound allowed the Morlocks to walk through a gate to get to where they are needed and…
…to take on and take out the Reavers.
Shadowcat swims back to the rest of the Marauders…
…as Bishop does some stealth…
…score-settling with the wealthy elite, the Verendi, that initiated the culling in the first place.
