The Pulse:

A confusing romp through X-Men lore with mixed success on art. I am HUGE Nighcrawler fan so was rooting for this book to make some sense at least; it didn’t to me. It did pose some interesting ethical questions for Nightwing though which was intriguing. 3 out of 10.
