Which Justice League Heroes and Legion Of Doom Villains Totally Come Together?!

Director Bones of the DEO turns his attention to the Totality.

They are now a super-team of super-heroes and super-villains that have come together under the leadership of Martian Manhunter on at least two worlds; Earth 0 and Earth 23.

Earth 0 is the core DC Comics publishing line Earth while Earth 23 is President Calvin Ellis Superman’s Earth; check out the Multiversity Guidebook who’s who type bio for that Earth.

Looks like both Manhunters have set up a test of their team and their Earth’s defenses by ripping a hole through the fabric of space and time at the same time; hence this meeting and Totality vs. Totality clash.

President Superman finally arrives and senses the mental machinations of the Martian Manhunters; he’s attacked by team member Vandal Savage as both teams reveal themselves.

In the midst of the battle, Martian Manhunter takes his team to his psychic safe room with an Oreo cookie as its team meeting table (he’s a bit of a chocos fan)…

…peppering the team trying to understand their loyalties and why they’re on the team.

Hawkgirl senses something is wrong and the whole team unites to takes our Martian Manhunter who may be the Earth 23 one.

The test proved that the team can work together for a common purpose and the Earth 23 Martian Manhunter mentally downloads information for his Earth 0 counterpart including on how to handle the Earth 0 Superman when he eventually joins the team.

The Pulse:

This is the least compelling of the stories we’ve read so far in this one-shot story-by-story tease. Very hard for me to believe any Lex Luthor or any Vandal Savage would willingly work under Martian Manhunter. Very cool to see the multiverse lens on this and, I believe, a second story involving President Superman. Was it entertaining? Ok, sure. 5.5 out of 10.
