DC Comics and Suicide Squad #4 Spoilers and Review follows.

Red X Vs. Superboy!

Really, It’s Red X Vs. Everyone!

We get a recap of the cross-over with Teen Titans Academy and then Waller neutralizes Peacemaker and he’s carted away her unconscious so…

…she can deal with her newest captive Red X.

At the same time, a new conscious Peacemaker assembles the team to discuss Waller keeping secrets from them endangers their lives in the field.

Red X continues to be tortured by Waller, but somehow frees all the inmates and causes a prison riot!

Peacemaker and gang now must double as jail guards and corral the inmates.

Red X also escapes and knows he’s been dealing with an Amanda Waller hologram.

Red X actually takes on Superboy, Talon and even Peacemaker, defeating them all as…

…he gets to his prize in Amanda Waller; he beats her to the punch and detonates the room…

…with both surviving, but the Suicide Squad humbled and Rick Flag, former field leader for the team, on the loose.

The Pulse:

This issue shows to Waller that she needs more brains and brawn on the Suicide Squad. Solid art and decent plot and characterization. An interesting way to end the x-over with Teen Titans Academy. 7 out of 10.
