Connor Hawke vs. Damian Wayne!
I saw Super Sons 3.0. because the first Super Sons where Clark Kent Jr. and Bruce Wayne Jr. debuting as a team in 1965.
The modern era Super Sons debuted together in 2017 featuring Jon Kent and Damian Wayne.
And now, on Lazaraus Island, Connor Hawke of the League of Shadows and Damian Wayne meet; a set of Super Sons in their own right.
They have more in common than they think and just having super-heroes for dads.
The League of Shadows interrupts them telling Connor that he should not commune with the “fallen son”.
Damian knows Master Dusk and doesn’t have much time for him.
These super sons battle and its a quick match with Conner Hawke the victor?!
He throws Damian Wayne towards the rocks on an island where you either can’t die or it’s three deaths and you’re out.
However, someone spares him another death on the island.
Damian Wayne thinks its his father Batman who saved him, but…
…it’s his grandfather Ra’s Al Ghul!
The Pulse:
Another fun, compelling and action-packed issue. Amazing art. I love this new series. 9 out of 10.
