The Pulse:

This series has been a long time coming and I’m glad it’s here. I’m a long-time fan of Green Arrow, Mark Shaw, Checkmate as well as Kate Spencer. So, this book has a few pluses for it. The art is also a big plus. I am intrigued by the addition of Robin to the mix and where this story goes from here. 7 out of 10.
