Hayao Miyazaki became on of the great theatrical animation directors over the decades with Spirited Away and Ponyo. While we think of him working on feature films, Miyazaki got his first directing gig in television back in 1978. Future Boy Conan is about a messed up world where magnetic weapons screwed things up. The show played Asia and Europe, but never North America until now. GKIDS and Shout! Factory are releasing the complete series on Blu-ray. This includes an English dub track.
