Major League Wrestling Fightland 2021 Sees Two MLW Championships Change Hands Plus A Huge Announcement! (Spoilers)

The World Middleweight Championship was a 4-way.

In his debut for MLW, the match was won by Tajiri who became the new champion.

A unification title vs. title match headlined MLW Fightland 2021.

It saw National Openweight Champion Alexander Hammerstone defeat World Champion Jacob Fatu; Hammerstone is expected to relinquish his Openweight title as a result and keep the World Heavyweight Championship. (UPDATE: Hammerstone did just that on October 13, 2021.)

The other big news concerned former IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Will Osprey.

He will be debuting with MLW later this Fall.

MLW’s post pandemic restart is starting off with a bang; a recap on the Fightland matches can be found here.
