Justice League Dark on Gemworld!

Having traveled to Gemworld by way of the second dimension, the Flash joins Justice League Dark and the princess of Gemworld, Amethyst, in a race against time to thwart Eclipso’s evil plans.

Looks like the Flash and the Justice League Dark with Amethyst have a big problem on their hands…

…that they use to their advantage to…

…initiate a jail break of…

…perennial Gemworld villain Dark Opal.

Opal is freed and doesn’t doubt Eclipso is lurking, but it’s the Flash and not the JLD that figure out Eclipso’s plan.

Some kind of transmitter or transceiver using Gemworld, but…

…looks like Eclipso has slowly taken over the JLD leaving Dark Opal and the Flash to fend them off?!

Meanwhile, on Earth, another threat appears to loom.

The Pulse:

Amazing art and compelling story on Gemworld and on Earth. An oddball pairing of the Flash and the JLD. Just an overall fun yet suspenseful issue. 7.5 out of 10.
