Place your bets, folks! The Royal Flush Gang is BACK and ready to take down the Justice League! Find out their connection to Deathstroke and their growing plot to destroy Green Arrow and Batman. Meanwhile, a villain from the Dark Multiverse has returned and he’s about to turn the Justice League Dark’s world upside down! Could this be the end of their team AND Atlantis?

Here we go.

Looks like former Manhunter Mark Shaw turned Leviathan leader named Leviathan manipulated the Royal Flush Gang to take on the Justice League with upgrades of course.

They in fact were able to steal Superman’s Fortress of Solitude and…

…all its “toys” sentient and not.

The Royal Flush Gang are quite proud of themselves…

…going so far to set a trap for Superman.

They brawl as…

…the rest of the Justice League track down the Fortress, but Batman feels it may be too late?!

We also get another back-up feature…

…starring the Justice League Dark.

The Pulse:

As the series marches to its milestone 75th issue, I am curious how the current creative teams will wrap up their run. This issue was a fun one, for me, as I am Royal Flush Gang and it was interesting seeing them amped to be a real threat. There remains dissonance tonally between main Justice League story and back-up Justice League Dark story. Curious how issues #72-74, all over-sized and combining both teams, will read. The art teams on both stories were great. 7 out of 10.
