Who is QUEEN GOBLIN?!

For almost sixty years, Spider-Man has been defined by Goblins, and Ben Reilly has a brand-new one all his own.

32 PGS./Rated T+ …$3.99

Maxine Danger wants to get back the drive Ben Reilly’s girlfriend Janine Godbe has absconded with; Reilly lit that fuse for Janine, but may not remember due to Beyond’s brainwashing attempt of Ben.

Beyond head Maxine Danger has an ace up her sleeve to get back the drive while…

…while Janine, with the help of Mary Jane Watson, takes the drive to the media.

Beyond then preps and sends…

…the Queen Goblin to get back the drive.

She easily locates it and Janine with MJ.

The Ben Reilly Spider-Man joins the party stopping the new Goblin from hurting the ladies, but…

…the drive is seemingly destroyed in the melee.

With Janine safe now, Ben picks her up and…

…leaves MJ to the mercy of the Queen Goblin?!

The Pulse:

That ending was a surprise. Ben Reilly taking to the limit, possibly over it, and just done with super-heroing whether for Beyond Corporation or for the greater good. Wow. Another goblin may seem very derivative, but she is intriguing. Solid art. 8 out of 10.
