Rousey confronted Flair and challenged her for the Smackdown Women’s Championship at WWE Wrestlemania 38 and it was made official.
The night was not without its controversy.

Rumor is that Rousey is signed with WWE through at least 2024 and that penciled in for Wrestlemania 39 in 2023 is Ronda Rousey vs. Becky Lynch; while Lynch’s Wrestlemania 38 opponent is rumored to be Bianca Belair, Big Time Becks has an unexpected opponent at Elimination Chamber 2022.
This news follows Brock Lesnar, who won the men’s Royal Rumble 2022 and chose to challenge Roman Reigns for his WWE Universal Championship at Wrestlemania.
However, first, as Reigns battles Goldberg at Elimination Chamber 2022, Lesnar will be part of Raw’s Elimination Chamber match for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
