An action-packed issue that sets up the two new parallel ongoing series featuring the two Captain Americas. I don’t think this story was an essential set-up one, but through the story we saw how Marvel differentiates Steve Rogers and Sam Wilson. Solid art nonetheless. 6 out of 10.
