DC Comics Replaces The Trinity On Day It Kills Them?
Justice League #75 Spoilers and Swamp Thing #12 Spoilers!
This week saw the Death of the Justice League in Justice League #75 (full spoilers here).
That included what DC Comics has referred to as its Trinity in Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman.
As well as the rest of the Justice League.
Including Justice League Incarnate.
However, Black Adam is the lone survivor.
While it is expected that the Future State Trinity of Batman (Tim “Jace” Fox), Superman (Jon Kent) and Wonder Woman (Yara Flor is now currently the “official” Wonder Girl [full spoilers here]), that did not happen in Justice League #75, but could happen during the Dark Crisis event that kicks off on FCBD 2022.
However, a new Trinity did emerge in the pages of this week’s Swamp Thing #12 (of 16).
Well, the Swamp Thing notes that all manner of things are now rising from the Earth.
That appears to include a new Swamp Thing type being.
A creature who was a woman at one point who rise from the Earth calling herself Trinity.
Also, if you’re wondering where I got the Super Swamp Thing banner for this piece it is from 2014’s Swamp Thing #35.
It’s a pretty cool visual.
