Dune: Waters of Kanly – The Dune film, the House Atreides miniseries, and the Caladan one-shot have left me wanting more Dune comics. I have hopes that this will satisfy that craving.

Giant-Size X-Men: Thunderbird – It should be a bigger deal that one of the most dead X-Men have returned. We’ve seen glimpses of him in New Mutants and X-Men Red, but now it’s time to really see John Proudstar and spend some time with him. I was always curious about his character as a kid, so I’m looking forward to this.

Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi – I don’t have the highest of expectations for this title, but the other Star Wars books have been sticking the landing lately, and there’s a lot of rich history around Obi-Wan that was never properly mined.

This week I’m looking forward to new issues of Batman, Deadly Class, Fire Power, Iron Man, Little Monsters, Manifest Destiny, Marauders, Once & Future, One-Star Squadron, A Righteous Thirst For Vengeance, Star Wars, and Suicide Squad.
