The success of George Romero’s Night of The Living Dead inspired filmmakers in Europe to have their cast rise up. This included Spanish filmmaker Jorge Grau. In 1974, he brought his version of the undead walking the Earth to an international production with a story set in Manchester, England although mostly shot in Italy. The Living Dead At Manchester Morgue quickly became a cult favorite and remains so after all these decades. You might have seen it as Don’t Open the Window or Let Sleeping Corpses Lie.
