Batman / Spawn III Unveiled At SDCC 2022 For DC Comics and Image Comics December 2022 Solicitations Spoilers!
Well, this news was announced during SDCC 2022.
This would be the third Batman / Spawn cross-over and is written by Spawn creator Todd McFarlane with art by Greg Capullo. The Batman / Spawn #1 one-shot lands in stores on December 13, 2022 and runs 48-pages.
The first team-up of these two characters was in the Spawn / Batman one-shot in 1994 written by Frank Miller with art by McFarlane published by Image Comics. The second team-up also came in 1994 and was called Batman-Spawn: War Devil written by Doug Moench, Chuck Dixon and Alan Grant with art by Klaus Janson.
A reprint of War Devil is coming from DC Comics on November 15, 2022.
