The Company of Wolves feasts on Blu-ray in November

Angela Lansbury recently passed away and many of her iconic roles were remembered from Murder She Wrote to Elvis’ mom in Blue Hawaii. One of her more notable roles was overlooked. She starred in a horror film. The Company of Wolves was a retelling of Little Red Riding Hood. Lansbury played Granny. The movie put director Neil Jordan on the map before he’d be an art house superstar with Mona Lisa and The Crying Game. The Company of Wolves is getting upgraded to 4K UHD from Scream Factory in November. When your grandmother comes over for Thanksgiving dinner, you can offer to show her an Angela Lansbury movie.
