It’s almost a 100-Page Special page count-wise.
However, while it’s cool that some of the stories are co-written by some of the film’s cast, the one-shot feels as a whole not relevant to the film that is included in its title.
In fact, it is only the last story in the one-shot that promises it’s a lead-in to the film.
Whether it is or is not, the last story was touching as it affirms that taking care of one’s mental health is just as important, if not moreso, than one’s physical health.
I’m looking forward to this film.

Shazam Fury of the Gods hits theaters on March 17, 2023 in North America.
In addition, a new ongoing Shazam series begins in May 2023 as part of the Dawn of DC publishing initiative.
