Rozz Williams rose to cult fame with the band Christian Death in the early ’80s. They were not a band played on commercial radio. After he split from the band, Rozz joined up with Eva O to form Shadow Project. Now his short life is part of a documentary by Nico B. Rozz Williams: Romeo’s Distress premieres Saturday, April 18 at the United Theater on Broadway in Los Angeles + Live Performance with former Christian Death members. There’s also a record release in conjunction with the film. There will be screenings in New York City and beyond during the summer. Here’s the press release from Cult Epics with all the details.
