All recently released talent are under a 90 day no compete clause. The earliest they can work for another company is sometime in early October. It’s said that Dawn Marie recieved the 90 day release, as apparently she did not receive a full buyout of her contract. Quite a few people find that to be surprising given her pregnancy. The only wrestlers not under the 90 day no compete clause are Bubba Ray and D-von Dudley, who’s contracts were both about up.
