He may have won Hell’s Kitchen but it’s clear that the promised prize wasn’t given to Dave Levey.

You may or may not remember Levey as the chef with the broken hand on the last season of Gordon Ramsay’s kitchen nightmare, and while he filleted the competition, he is apparently now just assisting head chef James Walt at the Araxi restaurant in Vancouver, BC reports the Vancouver Sun.

Levey began his yearlong apprenticeship last week and will be part of the restaurant’s Olympic rush.
