On December 21, Fakih will go to court for her December 3 DUI charge. Fakih blew a .20, more than twice the legal limit. Her lawyer released the following statement:
“She is taking full responsibility. She wants to apologize to everybody she let down … She is very remorseful and very apologetic to all those she let down. She definitely regrets being in the situation that led her to the circumstances she is in now.”
Fakih is a former Miss America and was a contestant on the most recent WWE Tough Enough.
