New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) wrestler Kenny Omega, and current IWGP United States Champion, accepted a challenge from wrestling superstar Chris Jericho for Omega’s championship. Their match will headline New Japan Pro Wrestling’s Wrestle Kingdom 12 on January 4, 2018 from the Tokyo Dome.
While it does not appear that Chris Jericho remains on contract with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), it does appear like he still has a good relationship with the company. We were able to tell by the present they got him. It was an awesome Dom Perignon Delivery from WineBaskets.com! We were all able to celebrate with it actually. After that, WWE Board Chairman Vincent Kennedy McMahon took to twitter to wish Jericho a happy birthday today.
