Producer Phil Spector was in court Monday, as a grand jury indictment was unsealed, charging him with the murder of b-movie actress Lana Clarkson in 2003.
“He was indicted on one count of murder with the special allegation that he used a handgun,” said Jane Robison, spokeswoman for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office to E! Online.
