NWA TNA News: Hall & Nash Confirmed, World Title Ladder Match, Updated Card

Archive

Following are updates on upcoming TNA PPVs, from NWATNA.com:

SCOTT HALL AND KEVIN NASH ARE COMING TO VICTORY ROAD, BUT WITH DIFFERENT AGENDAS?

NWA World Heavyweight Champion Jeff Jarrett dropped a bombshell on Friday’s Impact, announcing that both Scott Hall and Kevin Nash — known as The Outsiders — will be coming to Victory Road on Sunday, November 7 live on Pay-Per-View!

HOWEVER — Jarrett’s comments are already causing controversy, as he claimed Scott Hall will be “on his side” at the Pay-Per-View. Below is what the World Heavyweight Champion said on Impact:

“The good news is that Scott Hall is on MY side…and Nash, the bad news is on you. You want to come in on the other side? Let me give you a little advice – TNA is MY world! Welcome to Planet Jarrett! Kevin Nash – I’ve given you a global warning!”

The Outsiders have remained two of the most dominating and controversial superstars in wrestling in the last decade. Together, Hall and Nash have been unstoppable as well as inseparable — leaving many to question Jarrett’s statements.

The legendary Larry Zbyszko has this to say later in the broadcast about the champion’s comments – “If Jarrett’s mouth is moving, he’s probably telling a lie.”

If Jarrett’s comments are true, it appears Scott Hall and Kevin Nash may be coming to Victory Road with different agendas! We hope to have more on this developing situation on Friday’s Impact on Fox Sports Net.

JEFF HARDY BEATS THE ALPHA MALE – EARNS WORLD TITLE SHOT AT VICTORY ROAD!

By narrowly defeating The Alpha Male on Impact in the final match of the World Title Contender, Jeff Hardy has advanced to the main event at Victory Road on Sunday, November 7.

Hardy will challenge King of the Mountain Jeff Jarrett for the NWA World Heavyweight Title, and in a surprise move that ended Friday’s Impact, the “Charismatic Enigma” made the challenge for a Ladder Match at the Pay-Per-View!

It appears Hardy has one-upped the champion, forcing him to answer the challenge next Friday on Impact! The Hardys brought the ladder match to a new, amazing level during their tag team domination — and Jeff Hardy may have forced defending champion Jarrett into battling him in the extreme bout. Jarrett may be the champion, but can he stop Hardy in his own arena of warfare?

We’ll hear from the NWA World Heavyweight Champion on Impact, as he’ll have to answer the Ladder Match challenge for the gold from Hardy on Sunday, November7 live and exclusively on TNA’s first three-hour Pay-Per-View!

RUSSO OR RHODES – WHO SHOULD HAVE THE POWER? TNA FANS TO DECIDE VIA ONLINE VOTE DURING VICTORY ROAD!

On Friday’s Impact on Fox Sports Net, the situation between Director of Authority Vince Russo and The American Dream Dusty Rhodes came to a boiling point during a backstage interview with Shane Douglas. It is now apparent neither can co-exist with the other in TNA and now the fans will have the opportunity for their own “Election Day” on Sunday, November 7 live on the three-hour Victory Road Pay-Per-View spectacular.

During the Pay-Per-View, fans can log onto TNAwrestling.com and place their vote for who should be Director of Authority — the incumbent Vince Russo or The American Dream Dusty Rhodes. The ongoing power struggle between Russo and Rhodes has caused havoc in TNA, and now the fans will decide who should be in control.

Live results of the voting on TNAwrestling.com will be updated throughout the Pay-Per-View. Both Russo and Rhodes will be in attendance at Victory Road, and by the end of the night only one man will truly hold all the power in TNA — as voted by the fans!
