Empire Online reports that Haylie and Hilary Duff are to appear together on screen for the first time in the upcoming teen comedy Material Girls.
The two will play teen heiresses who lose their fortune following a scandal. The pair fights to win back their dignity and standing in life, learning important lessons along the way. Filming is due to start in January.
Hilary is best known for her work in A Cinderella Story, Agent Cody Banks, and The Lizzy Mcguire Movie, as well as having a pop career. Haylie Duff appears in Napoleon Dynamite and the upcoming Dishdogz and also has a pop career.
