At this week’s TNA iMPACT! tapings, Jerry Jarrett formally introduced Dusty Rhodes as the new booker, replacing Jeff Jarrett. As reported earlier, Jeff will still be involved backstage, but not on a creative end.
Rhodes spoke about his vision, which should begin taking shape over the next few weeks, and be different than Jeff’s. He also met separately with the X Division wrestlers, telling them to slow down their style and work better to get their personalities over. He promised to help them develop their characters more as well as give them more promo time.
