ROHWrestling.com has stated that Ring of Honor is negotiating with Matt Hardy. Hardy is more or less a lock in a ROH ring once his 90 day no compete is up with WWE, according to multiple sources. There is also a possibility that he may make a non-wrestling appearance on an ROH show or may have a promo or vignette to be included on a DVD release prior to July 11, when his no-compete expires.
