As reported in the most recent Smackdown Spoilers post, new matches were announced last night for the upcoming Smackdown Pay Per View, No Mercy, taking place October 9. The updated card is:
(1) World Title – Eddie Guerrero vs. Batista
(2) US Title – Chris Benoit vs. Christian vs. Booker T vs. Orlando Jordan
(3) Tag Team Titles – MNM vs. LOD
(4) Casket Match – Randy Orton and Bob Orton vs. The Undertaker
(5) Rey Mysterio vs. JBL
(6) Bobby Lashley vs. Simon Dean
It was also announced that as part of the WWE Homecoming taking place on RAW’s debut on USA Network, October 3, Smackdown will have a match with a stipulation to-be-determined, featuring JBL, Eddie Guerrero, Rey Mysterio, Chris Benoit, Christian and Batista.
