– WrestlingObserver.com is reporting that The Naturals’ Chase Stevens was taken to the hospital last night after landing on his head during a match, which he finished. He collapsed backstage and lost feeling in his hands and has been released from the hospital with X-Rays coming back negative. He is not wrestling tonight as scheduled as they wait for CATSCAN results to come in, so some of the tapings was re-booked.
– According to PWInsider.com, Sabu injured his foot last night, and Kevin Nash has been released from the hospital after a rumored heart scare (although he called 911 in time and did NOT have a heart attack). Raven was scheduled for a program with Nash, but instead has been kept off of the TV tapings even though he was in attendance. We wish Kevin Nash the best and a speedy recovery.
– Also from PWInsider.com, Simon Diamond is TNA’s newest road agent, joining Jerry Lynn and Shane Douglas.
– WrestlingObserver.com is reporting that Mikey Batts was replaced in a match during TV tapings due to possibly accepting a WWE deal. PWInsider.com says Batts has been offered the deal, and will report to Deep South Wrestling in GA if he signs. WWE is also rumored to be interested in Quiet Storm and some other indy and TNA wrestlers.
