Archive

WWE is taping RAW and SD tonight, since a big European trip is coming up this week. Here are the official previews from WWE.com, including the announcement that Randy Orton will face Eddie Guerrero and Batista in a three-way for the World Title. This match will set up the title situation in the aftermath of Batista’s lat injury.

Cliffhanger in the Twin Cities

Last week, Kurt Angle brought in Daivari to be the special guest referee for his match. Daivari helped Angle & Chris Masters defeat Shawn Michaels & John Cena, and then laid out the WWE Champion with a chair. Will we find out why Angle chose Daivari as his man?

SmackDown’s team of five is set and will be captained by World Heavyweight Champion Batista. Eddie Guerrero, Rey Mysterio, JBL and Lashley are the other four SmackDown Superstars scheduled to take on RAW’s Shawn Michaels, Kane, Big Show, Carlito and Chris Masters.

RAW ambushed SmackDown Friday night, and Kane and Big Show left the World Heavyweight Champion laid out after a double chokeslam. Following SmackDown, Batista stated that he will be leading Team SmackDown to RAW this Monday night, regardless of if he’s injured or not.

Tune into RAW next Monday night at 9/8 CT on the USA Network for all this and more.

Will SmackDown strike back?
November 18, 2005

Last week RAW ambushed SmackDown. Kane and Big Show left the World Heavyweight Champion Batista laying in the middle of the ring with a monstrous double chokeslam. “The Masterpiece” Chris Masters hit Theodore Long with a sneak attack and cinched in the Master Lock. After gaining the edge on RAW at Taboo Tuesday, SmackDown was seemingly left in shambles last week.

SmackDown’s Survivor Series team of Batista, Eddie Guerrero, Rey Mysterio, Lashley and JBL will all be in attendance at RAW. Will they be there seeking revenge?

And then next week on Friday Night SmackDown, Batista will defend the World Heavyweight Championship against Randy Orton and Eddie Guerrero. With the odds stacked against him, will The Animal be able to retain?

Plus, The Dicks will have their first SmackDown match against the Legion of Doom. The Dicks have interfered in a couple of tag team matches already. How will this new duo fair in their first SmackDown match?

Don’t miss all of this and more on Friday Night SmackDown at 8/9 CT on UPN.
