Dave Meltzer at WrestlingObserver.com is reporting that Chicago White Sox catcher A.J. Pierzynski and strength coach (and former WCW wrestler) Dale Torborg will be shooting an angle next Tuesday to air on the 12/8 Spike TV prime-time hour broadcast of iMPACT!
This stems from an ESPN broadcaster calling the World Champion catcher “The Phenominal” A.J. Pierzynski during the playoffs, and as of now will include a segment where the baseball player comes out to give Sox memorabilia to Styles, Sabin and Dutt.
Torborg is friends with Mike Tenay and other ideas have been proposed in the past.
