– OVW Champion and Tough Enough 3 winner Matt Cappotelli has recently been diagnosed with a brain tumor, and is scheduled to soon undergo testing and discuss treatment options with doctors in Ohio. He was scheduled to begin shooting vignettes for a WWE debut this week, but his health is obviously a priority. We wish him and his family the best and he is in our thoughts.
– Nick “Eugene” Dinsmor was seen visiting Deep South Wrestling’s TV tapings last Thursday, watching the show from the crowd. There has been no update, however, on plans for his return or his suspension being lifted.
– Former TNA wrestler Mikey Batts is moving from DSW to OVW in January, as he meshes better with the roster in Ohio Valley.
– A new Hulk Hogan DVD is coming out on April 4, 2006.
