The NeelDown: An interview with Shark Boy

Mark Neeley: Shark Boy, first and foremost thanks for taking the time to do this
with me and InsidePulse.
Shark Boy: My pleasure.
Mark Neeley: We haven’t seen you that much in TNA lately, with the exceptions
of some recent Impacts. Are you reaching for a certain goal in TNA right now, like capturing the X division championship? Also, will fans be able to look forward to seeing you on some of the upcoming TNA house shows?
Shark Boy: I would love to capture a TNA title in 2006. As far as house shows go, I am
booked on the Detroit show March 17th and I’m really looking forward to that. If it was up to me I’d be the defending World Champion on every
episode of “Impact” and on every house show.
Mark Neeley: On the topic of the X-division championship, what are your personal
thoughts on Samoa Joe, the current champ? Who is your pick to eventually dethrown him?
Shark Boy: Samoa Joe is very talented and the momentum he has right now is second to
none. My money is on A.J. Styles or Christopher Daniels to finally unseat him.
Mark Neeley: What are your thoughts on the current shape of the WWE’s cruiserweight division?
Shark Boy: I think they have all the talent in the world on their roster, but until
they utilize that talent, it is completely wasted.
Mark Neeley: I think you hit the Hammerhead right on the nail there.
Mark Neeley: If you would had never heard the Toadie’s song, what do you think
your in-ring name would be right now?
Shark Boy: Probably “Mr. Nobody”.
Mark Neeley: Of current trainees in the Shark Tank, who can you tell us you
think will have the most break out success?
Shark Boy: I’m really impressed with all of their hard work. It’s too ealry to tell
who will be the breakout star. Keep an eye on www.SharkBoy.net to see what develops.
Mark Neeley: What do you think of the current NWA Heavyweight picture with Jeff Jarrett holding the strap? Who do you think is most capable of ultimiately dethrowning him?
Shark Boy: The title scene is really strong. Christian, Sting, Rhino, Abyss, Monty
Brown, and the list goes on and on. I wouldn’t be surprised to see Christian wearing that title sooner than later.
Mark Neeley: What is D-Ray up to these days?
Shark Boy: I talked to him the other day. He’s doing well. I hope to reunite our team for a show sometime soon.
