– According to a press release by Canadian indy group PCW, Kenny Omega has asked for his release from his WWE developmental contract (he’s been in Deep South Wrestling) and is back working with PCW. He didn’t like the style of matches he was asked to work in DSW. He will face AJ Styles next Thursday in Winnipeg.
– Jim Ross’ latest “Superstar of the Week” is up at WWE.com, and he gives the honor to Trish Stratus, who is retiring after Unforgiven. He talks about Chris Masters’ missing “Master Lock,” the Unforgiven card and more.
– Highlight the following text for a potential Unforgiven spoiler: According to PWInsider, as of mid-week, there was no plan to move John Cena to Smackdown or have him lose to Edge this Sunday.
