Fans of the Ghostbusters can now begin to celebrate somewhat.
Dan Aykroyd, Ray Stantz himself, was interviewed recently on the radio and was asked about the much rumored next movie tentatively titled Ghostbusters: Hellbent. It seems that it really will happen according to Aykroyd, but it will be totally CGI.
He even went as far to say that co-star of both films Bill Murray would be willing to do the film also, but only if it were all CGI. Sure it may not be ideal having it all CGI, but with Murray and Aykroyd on board to voice their characters then it’s bound to be at least worth the money. If they can get Ernie Hudson for Winston and Harold Ramis for Egon, then I’d say the movie would definitely be a hit.
