Jeff Hardy beats Umaga to become the new Intercontinental Champion. Umaga crotched himself on the top and was pinned.
Carlito appears with his hair cut. Vince McMahon tells him his match with Triple H tonight will be a Handicap Match, with Umaga on his side.
Melina is backstage talking with William Regal about having an affair with Vince. She turns around and Stephanie is there glaring at her. She turns the other way and sees Linda, who slaps her. Ron Simmons gets his DAMN on.
Santino Marella is in the ring bragging about making love to Maria, while Sandman just has to make love to his stick. Sandman appears and canes Marella all the way to the back.
Beth Phoenix beats Maria. After the match they announced Phoenix vs Candice for the Women’s Title at Unforgiven and they had a stare down.
William Regal comes out and introduces Randy Orton, live on satellite. Orton says what happened to John Cena’s dad was Cena’s fault for not giving him a rematch. Regal books the rematch for Unforgiven. Cena comes out without any music or intro and beats the shit out of Regal.
Paul London & Brian Kendrick beat Charlie Haas & Shelton Benjamin when Kendrick pinned Haas. They announce London & Kendrick vs Cade & Murdoch for the tag titles at Unforgiven.
Carlito is backstage telling Umaga that Triple H was laughing at him for losing the IC title.
Vince McMahons tells The Coach that he shall replace Regal as ‘Commissioner’.
Cody Rhodes & Mickie James beat Jillian Hall & Daivari when Rhodes pins Daivari with a DDT. Hall and Daivari both sang badly before the match and confronted Lilian Garcia.
Triple H beats Carlito & Umaga by DQ as Umaga doesn’t tag in and they double-team HHH. Afterwards, he beats Carlito down with a chair but Umaga won’t fall so he gets the sledgehammer, which does the job. Umaga is taken out on a stretcher.
Vince, Coach and two lawyers get in the ring. Linda comes out and is mad with Vince about the paternity lawsuit. Vince says his kids will understand how lonely it is on the road for all those years. Stephanie comes out and he tries to show her a video of their good times together but instead a clip of their match airs. Stephanie says he needs help and should stand down as Chairman. Shane comes out and says the same thing. Vince admits he only cheated on Linda once, that he knows who the mother of his secret child is, gets on his knees and begs forgiveness. Ken Kennedy comes out and says that he is Vince’s son. He announces himself as Ken McMahon… McMahon. Another attorney comes out with a message from the mystery woman that says Kennedy is NOT Vince’s son and he cannot reveal who is until next week. He gives a clue: “Things are looking up!”
Vince booked a dark match, with John Cena beating Ken Kennedy.
