Another Update On Lex, Jericho Radio Appearance & TNA Signing News

Archive

Bryan Alvarez at Figure Four Weekly has reported the latest on Lex Luger — he is still in the hospital and it isn’t believed he had a heart attack or stroke, but “according to one source” he had a lumbar issue that resulted in partial paralysis or nerve impingement.

Speaking of Alvarez, Chris Jericho will be his guest, along with Dave Meltzer, on Wrestling Observer Live tonight. The show airs on Sirius Channel 122 from 8 to 10pm ET, and info on how to listen online is here. One topic that will most likely be discussed, aside from his book release, is the coincidental timing of his next couple of book signings with episodes of WWE TV that take place in the same towns.

In TNA news, Awesome Kong is signed to a TNA contract according to the company’s mobile alert service and Larry Goodman is reporting that Austin “Consequences” Creed (who teamed with Ron “The Truth” Killings as part of Team Pacman at the last PPV) received a TNA contract offer from Bill Behrens at last night’s NWA Anarchy event.
