TNA Notes on Kaz’ Push, Rikishi, Sabu, Jarrett’s Return & More

Archive

Expect the Kazarian push to continue. TNA are high on his look and workrate and plan on keeping him in the mix with their main-event acts.

Sabu was booked for the 12 and 13 November tapings but he called TNA and said he missed his flight. He was going to team with Abyss but Rhino was put into the spot instead to face Black Reign and Rellik. He may well have been able to make the 13th tapings but by then the angle had changed and he wouldn’t have fit into it. They did have a longer-term plan in mind for him but there’s no word yet on whether they want to pursue it.

Jeff Jarrett is not planning on making an on-screen return anytime soon, since Booker T, Kevin Nash and Scott Hall are already beginning main event runs.

Dawn Marie is looking for a job with TNA.

Junior Fatu is not expected back. He apparently had a bad attitude and saw himself as being a big star during his recent brief stint, which rubbed people the wrong way.
