Some Funny Names Join Damon In Informant

Jason Bourne may not be making a comeback ever again, but Matt Damon continues to star in spy thrillers. Who would have thought that those with comedic talent would be cast right beside him though?

The supporting cast of Matt Damon’s new flick The Informant is getting more interesting by the day – if only because director Steven Soderbergh seems to be casting comedians!

Joel McHale (The Soup) was announced recently as starring next to Damon, but the funny guys continue to roll in. Now word is out that Thomas F. Wilson (Back To The Future‘s Biff), Eddie Jemison (Ocean’s Eleven series), Mike O’Malley (Yes, Dear), and Andrew Daly (MadTV) have all been signed to star beside Damon as well.

The U.S. government decides to go after an agri-business giant with a price-fixing accusation, based on the evidence submitted by their star witness, vice president turned informant Mark Whitacre (Damon).

As of now, The Informant is scheduled for release sometime next year.
