Ring of Honor has announced a whole slew of new matches for their upcoming shows.
In Dayton on 6/27, it will be Austin Aries vs. The Necro Butcher. Jimmy Jacobs has sent Necro to take out Aries for his sins. Will the God of War named superstar be able to stand the brute force of the Butcher?
Also in Dayton, in a rematch from the Ring of Honor Transform show, Erick Stevens will face Bryan Danielson. Will Danielson be able to reclaim the loss he suffered in New Jersey or will the best wrestler in the world rise to the challenge?
In final Dayton tag team news, Kevin Steen & El Generico will face Jimmy Jacobs & Joey Matthews with Allison Wonderland. Kevin Steen and Joey Matthews have had their history but now with El Generico and Jimmy Jacobs added to the mix, this will only get crazier.
In Hartford news, Erick Stevens will take on Brent Albright and Necro Butcher in a Triple Threat match. Last time, Sweet & Sour got involved and helped Albright pick up the win. Now without Larry Sweeney and the gang at his side, will Brent Albright be able to pick up the victory? Add Necro to mix and something crazy is sure to go down on 6/06.
Moving on to Chicago, Bryan Danielson will face Claudio Castagnoli for the first time ever. After failing to dethrone Nigel McGuinness, will Claudio be able to save face and rise above being the “Hey!” guy or will Bryan Danielson have to kick his head in? Find out on 6/28.
Finally in “Respect is Earned II” Philly news, Jay Briscoe will face The Necro Butcher in a Falls Count Anywhere match. As the Philly crowd will be starving for blood, how much red gold will the two have to bleed in order to satisfy the hardcore wrestling capital of the world?
