Congrats to 90210 for being the first show to be picked up for a full season (that must be a first for the CW) and now here’s the skinny (no pun intended) for tonight’s episode…
The play is getting closer and closer and so does Annie and Ty much to the chagrin of Harry Wilson who is starting to get overprotective (dude don’t make the same mistake that Jim Walsh did). They actually have plans to do it at the Roosevelt hotel at the after party. Adriana hasn’t been showing up which is resulting into Annie understudying but I’ll get to that later.
So Naomi is still trying to get her parents to work things out. After seeing her mom in bed all day she takes matters into her own hands which technically means her mom is playing mind games. Of course it doesn’t work out (next week expect another attempt since all my sayings about her wanting to break up her parents is irrelevant). Although they make out at the beginning it just doesn’t work.
Silver has stage manager duty and she bosses the tech guy around enough for him to quit but Dixon manages to step in. It looks like Ty and Annie aren’t the only ones getting close.
Adriana is still having a drug problem and I can see why her stage mother has gotten agents and producers to the show. On the day of the play, Adriana is trashed and Brenda ends up replacing her with Annie 15 minutes before show time, which is a shame because Adriana has an awesome singing voice. Then again so does Annie. I know what it’s like at rehearsals because back in high school I used to do spring productions (I never got lead roles but my drama coach put me in the play anyway). People melt down they get stressed (there were times when I caught Mrs. W’s stress).
I think it’s safe to say that Naomi and Annie are starting to become “Frienemies” (well they will be if Naomi finds out that Ethan is seeing a lot of Annie) but seriously Adriana is a lot worse. Adriana actually manipulated Annie into thinking that Ty is having a threesome (oops I guess she shouldn’t have asked Dixon for that condom which he later would need because we see him try to do it with Silver or better yet should have listened to Ethan when he tried to talk her out of having sex with Ty.)
I’ll be making it short today. Next week fashion show!!!! I’ve seen the preview and expect a catfight!!!! Another good reason why you should all watch next week is because this will most likely be the last time we see Brenda Walsh (well they did say she was going to appear in 4 episodes maybe we will see more of the former gang in the near future).
