New Celebrity Apprentice Cast Announced!

News

NBC has announced the new contestants for The Celebrity Apprentice, and they include a top-selling country singer, a former NBA rebounding king, a Kardashian and a Deal or No Deal model.

The 16 contestants-slash-entrepreneurs will go at one another starting Sunday, March 1. The show will run for two hours every single week, meaning you’ll get all you can stand of the likes of Clint Black, Dennis Rodman, Khloe Kardashian and Claudia Jordan, the aforementioned Deal briefcase holder. Andrew Dice Clay, Joan and Melissa Rivers and Brian McKnight are also among the competitors.

Donald Trump will, of course, be back to sit in board-room judgment of the contestants, along with his kids Ivanka and Donald Jr. and familiar Apprentice face George Ross. The new season will also feature a roster of guest judges from the business world.

Trump, you’ll be glad to know, has not lost his skills as a hype man. “Last season’s Celebrity Apprentice became one of the hottest shows on television” — as hot as any show that finished 46th in the overall ratings can be — “and this season will be even better,” he says. “We have an amazing cast of celebrities, and we are looking forward to some fantastic entertainment.”

I'm not embarrassed to say that my favorite television show of all-time is The O.C. I live by the motto "you can't fight fate!" More importantly, I watch WAY too much television, but I do so for the benefit of everyone reading this now. So to my mom and my wife, I say thanks for reading! To everyone else that might stumble across this, remember TiVo should be your best friend!
