Valentines day is interesting right? You know it’s funny a few days ago I was watching a season 8 episode of the original 90210 and I was having a hard time believing that that little Erin Silver would eventually have that blog and well it’s just so hard to believe. Anyway on to tonight’s episode:
Naomi is enjoying her temporary digs at the W hotel (Dylan McKay: eat your heart out!) and she’s acquainted with the employees especially with this bartender dude named Liam and boy is he ever cool. He actually defended this dude from Guatemala from an angry customer.
Annie is really uncomfortable with Ethan hanging around Rhonda. However she is mostly struggling in her acting class. But Rhonda is insisting that she’s all better and that she doesn’t need Ethan to hang around her anymore but Ethan tells her that her being hurt isn’t the reason why he’s been hanging around. She actually trusts Annie and Ethan enough to tell them about an incident that happend at her old high school that involved some mean girls and a boy she had a crush on. Ouch that must have hurted. So Annie when doing a speech (I’m not even going to bother to try and spell the other word for it) is at first describing the incident at her 16th birthday party but then her teacher tells her to go deeper and she tells Rhonda’s story. It gets rave reviews from everyone expect Ethan who blasts her for it. He is later at the dance with Rhonda and lets her know that he has a girlfriend. However, by the end of the episode Annie and Ethan aren’t in speaking mode.
Adriana overhears Navid at the lockers talking about how he dodged a bullet with the pregnancy and she is not really cool. That’s the way he’s talking about it.
Silver is planning the perfect Valentine’s day for her and Dixon and she over hears Naomi talking about her hotel digs so she arranges a plan for the restaurant unfortunately it’s booked solid and she unsuccessfully bribes the Maitre’d. So she goes to the last card in the deck for help: Naomi since she owed Silver one from the past so Naomi makes the arrangements and Silver convinces her to try and ask him out. But we’ll get to that again later. Anyway the evening goes well until Silver finds out that the speciality she pre-ordered didn’t go through and it was totally sold out and she freaks out a bit but then Dixon gives her this silver (get it!?) bracelet (awwww). Oh yeah and there is some action in the hotel room.
And here ladies and Gentleman are the loose ends: Navid gets back together with Adriana, Silver gets a tattoo with Dixon’s name on it (OMG didn’t you learn anything from what happend between you and Naomi?) and as of the end of the episode Liam is supposed to be enrolled at West Bev Hi and thanks to Naomi he is. Will Annie and Ethan be back in speaking mode? Unfortunately we don’t find out until another 6 weeks because it’s on another break.
