PWI’s Richard Trionfo reports that Vero Beach, Florida has banned wrestling shows (as well as boxing and kick boxing) from being held in venues that serve alcohol. This includes jello, oil, and mud wrestling, for some reason I can’t fathom; do mud wrestling matches take place outside of bars?
The one exemption is for buildings with a fixed seating capacity of 1,000 seats. No word on whether this effects the Florida indies like FIP and GEAR, or ROH, TNA, or WWE.
