– Key events, including major announcements, shifting of titles from one brand to another, and interbrand RAW vs. SD matches are in bold.
– Due to the 10/07 agreement between ECW and Smackdown and 09/08 deal between ECW and RAW to share talent, we no longer consider RAW or SD vs. ECW matches to be “interbrand matches,” and ECW matches can take place on any brand’s show without having to be placed in italics.
