With WWE loading Raw with Bret Hart’s return, one major piece of the puzzle will not be live at the arena.
John Cena will at the Fiesta Bowl on Monday January 4th and will not be at Raw. It’s possible something has been filmed, or he will appear live on the big screen, but he will not be at the arena.
Cena was at ESPN headquarters on December 29th to film a number of shows across the ESPN platforms to promote the game as well as do some interview work with ESPN.com.
Says Cena about leaving wrestling:
I love my job too much to leave it. I’m going to stay as long as my body allows… My wife understands this. She was there with me when I had no money. Granted, sometimes she has to use a cardboard cutout of me at the movie theater to pretend we’re on a date. But she understands.
