The Panthers have now signed all of their draft picks.
Clausen agreed to a 4-year contract with $2.53 million in guaranteed money. The total amount of the deal could reach $6.3 million with a fourth year escalator clause.
Clausen is expected to begin camp Wednesday as the third string QB, but will possibly challenge Matt Moore for the starting job before the season is over.
